The super nice team n really friendly. Location is great, so close to everything in dingwall. We had a nice comfy room, breakfast was tasty too. The owner seems really keen to make improvements, good to see. Overall a chill place for a short stay.
Only had a couple of issues. The shower coulda been a bit better and we missed having a hairdryer in the room.

The national hotel is in a great location for exploring the north highlands. The room was super comfy with new furniture and a clean bathroom. Loved the breakfast, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a few lovely evening meals with nice beer. A really nice stay with good vibes and sunny weather.
The shower was kind of annoying, the water temp kept changing all the time. Wished i could have stayed longer.

The hotel was so accommodating, especially with our small dog. We received a warm welcome at reception, and the family room we had was spacious and newly refurbished. Everything was super clean thanks to house keeping. Breakfast was basic but well cooked, and the coffee was plentiful. Just perfect!

Great place for solo traveler
The staff were friendly, went out of their way to help with everything. I appreciated the free parking at the back, especially with a wedding happening, it could've been a hassle, but no issue for me.
It wasn't exactly cheap either, but for the service and amenities? Still fair game.

Perfect for a Solo adventurer
The cleanliness of the room was great I mean not a speck of dust and the bathroom shower had great pressure not something you take for granted The young ladies at breakfast were friendly and the hot breakfast was cooked just right so satisfying
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what you get it was still reasonable

We loved visiting local attractions and enjoyed a warm welcome from the family-run staff. The room was clean, and we appreciated the good breakfast provided. Just keep in mind that the hotel is still a work in progress, so some areas may need improvement.
We faced some difficulty with a shower in our room that had inconsistent temperature control, a bit uncomfortable.

It was just a decent option for an overnight stop in Dingwall with a great value-to-price ratio. The room was comfortable, and the redecorated public areas made it feel cute. Make sure to check if the restaurant is busy before your stay.

Location near the train station makes it easy to explore the area. The room had a big bath and a separate shower cubicle.
The reception felt disorganized upon arrival, missing details about room bookings. While one room had decent size, the second small double room cramped both guests, requiring a neighborly acrobatics act just to get in and out of bed. Even worse, I found both rooms uncomfortably hot, with windows sealed shut-definitely not the kind of cooling I wanted. The bar noise kept going until the early hours. I tried to relay my concerns at checkout, but getting a hold of anyone was like chasing a womp rat. I ended up leaving disappointed with no one to talk to about my stay.
